1. Application Overview

Keyboard IA is a paid iOS application that offers a custom keyboard with integrated artificial intelligence features. It allows users to:

• rephrase text,
• translate content,
• and use voice input to get written translations.

The app integrates OpenAI models (chosen by the user) and uses Whisper locally for speech recognition.

2. Access to the App

Access to the app requires purchase via Apple’s App Store. No user account is required.
However, users must provide their own OpenAI API key to access the app’s AI features.

3. Data Usage

• The app does not collect or store any personal data on external servers.
• User data (texts, history, preferences) is stored locally on the device using SQLite.
• When using AI features (rephrasing, translation, etc.), relevant data is sent to OpenAI servers through the API key provided by the user.

Users are fully responsible for managing and securing their API key.

4. Intellectual Property

Content generated via AI (translations, rephrasings, suggestions) can be freely used by the user, subject to OpenAI’s terms of use.

5. Liability

• Keyboard IA is not responsible for any content generated by AI models or its usage.
• Users agree not to use the app to generate, transmit, or share any content that is:
  • illegal,
  • defamatory,
  • discriminatory,
  • violent,
  • or otherwise unlawful.
• The app is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Updates and Changes

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time, without notice.
